Workspace Pages

Workspace pages are accessible to all workspace members. Navigate to PagesCreate Page. Configure:
  • Title: Descriptive name for the page
  • Icon: Select emoji or Lucide icon for visual identification
  • Status: Draft (work-in-progress), Published (ready to share), or Archived (historical reference)
  • Tags: Categorize for organization and discovery (optional)
Content auto-saves as you type. Use markdown or the formatting toolbar.

Record Pages

Record pages attach to specific dataset records, providing contextual documentation. From any dataset, click a record → Pages tab → Create Page. Page automatically links to the record. AI has access to all record field values when generating content.

Organization

Titles: Be specific (“Q4 2024 Marketing Strategy” not “Notes”), include dates when relevant, use consistent patterns. Tags: Use lowercase with hyphens (“project-alpha”, “q4-launch”). Organize by project, type, topic, or status. Status: Draft for work-in-progress, Published for finalized content, Archived for historical reference.
